What can I expect during my teeth bonding appointment?
We prepare the tooth by lightly etching the surface and applying a bonding liquid. Once that sets a plastic resin is applied and sculpted. We trim, smooth, and polish to a natural appearance.
How many appointments will it take?
Just one!
How long will this treatment last?
Plastic resin is not as strong are your natural tooth enamel, so it is more likely to stain, chip, or break like normal teeth. Bonding typically lasts three to five years before need of repair, depending on habits such as nail biting, etc.
